It’s not that you don’t know how to roast asparagus. It’s that you forget the oven temp and cook time, every time. We’ve got your back.


  • Asparagus

  • Extra virgin olive oil

  • Kosher salt

  • Freshly ground pepper


  1. Wash asparagus

  2. Snap or cut the rough ends off, and place on cookie sheet or grill pan

  3. Drizzle olive oil over stalks, and shake the sheet/pan to make sure they’re evenly coated

  4. Salt and pepper, shake again

  5. 400’ for 8-10 minutes

  6. That’s it! Cook till your desired level of doneness [I like it cook asparagus until just after it becomes a vibrant green and once it gets some char marks. If you pick up a stalk and it is really floppy, you’ve probably overcooked it]
